Guides and responsible use

Tips for best results

Start with a clear lesson focus.
The better the lesson focus, the more useful the output.
Use saved context, then adapt.
Saved context saves time, but check the utility's options before generating.
Review before using.
AI output should always be checked by the teacher, especially for subject knowledge, calculations, hyperlinks, mark schemes, safeguarding and suitability for the class.
Edit in the preview where available.
Many resources can be adjusted before downloading. This is often quicker than regenerating.
Use the right output format.
PowerPoint is best for whole-class display, Word/PDF for printing or sharing, and HTML for interactive whiteboard activities.
Keep sensitive information anonymous.
Do not enter identifiable pupil data. For sensitive school work, use approved school systems and follow school policy.
